What is Incredimail?
Incredimail is a free program, similar to Outlook Express. At this time it is only available for Microsoft Windows. You install it on your computer and set it up with a POP3 email account, like Gmail or Hotmail (both of which are also free). You can find the program and the instructions for setting it up at www.incredimail.com. Incredimail can also be upgraded for a fee to include the Letter Creator, Spam Guard, and Skin Creator.
How do I install your letters?
Once you have Incredimail installed, it's as simple as clicking on one of my letter previews. The letter will install itself in to your style box for your personal use. My letters are best viewed in a 1024x768 screen size.
What about the fonts used in the letters?
You can purchase the fonts through the vendors listed on my "Extras" page. It is not necessary to have the fonts, however, because Times New Roman is the default font Incredimail uses.
What font is used for your logo?
The font on my home page and used for the logo in my letters is called Bickham Script Pro. It is available from Veer.com.
What about the font that titles the individual pages?
That font is called Mason Sans Super. It is available from MyFonts.com.
May I convert your stationery for use in Outlook Express?
I would rather you didn't. The programs are not set up the same and the letters might appear distorted.
May I make a signature tag out of your stationery?
Again, I would rather you didn't. If you write me and ask, I will send you the original graphic (if I still have it and it is not something I purchased) and you can make your own designs.
Do you have music to match your stationery?
Sometimes I do have matching music, but for copyright reasons, I will not be adding the files to my site. If you want the music, the best thing to do would be to join my Yahoo group and receive the .imc file with the newest letters. The group is low volume.
Do you make personalized signature tags?
Sometimes. I will offer them through my Yahoo group when I do. You can find the link on the homepage of this site.
How can I reach you with questions and comments?
I prefer not to post my personal e-mail address on this site, as it is just an open invitation to spammers. If you need to reach me, you can do so by leaving a comment on my LiveJournal or by sending a message through my Yahoo group.
